1 Acceptance of Terms

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are credited to your db222 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to identity verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• db222 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

db222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Bonuses are credited to your db222 account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance.
• The standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 20x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically after this period.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, db222 will aim to complete the investigation within 14 days. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

You may close your db222 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment account, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
